Our People
Our team is multi-disciplinary and consists of professionals across a wide array of fields that intertwine to provide a holistic birds eye view to problem identification and solving. Team members include development practitioners, peace builders, humanitarian experts, academicians, communication experts, diversity, equality and inclusivity experts and core researchers. These have built competencies for both qualitative and quantitative, online and onsite research systems and methodologies and adapt to each client’s unique needs.

Project evaluations, impact assessments and future recommendations
Deploying highly specialized skills in navigating fragile and active conflict zones, we have conducted mid-term and final evaluations at the project, policy, or regional level in the field of peacebuilding, stabilization, countering violent extremism and migration.
Development and implementation of M&E frameworks
To allow clients to prioritize resources, and to support increased accountability, ownership, and effectiveness, we have facilitated rigorous, but user-friendly results frameworks, performance indicators and reporting mechanisms.
Quantitative and qualitative surveys in fragile and active conflict zones

Mentoring local partners and drawing on their perspectives
To strengthen long-term capacities, we have provided on-the-job mentoring to local entities on engaging with peacebuilding and conflict management. At the same time, our direct and continuous work with local partners allows us to draw on and appreciate local and national perspectives in the work we do.
Organisational Structure And Governance
Governing Board
Impactometrics is led by a governing board of research and development academicians and practitioners. Board members are led by a board chair and guide the long-term running of the organization. The Board members are elected into office and have a tenure of 5 years.
Executive
The executive leadership of Impactometrics consists of the three department leads (directors). These departments are Research and Development, Administration, and Technology. The executives are employed into these positions or grow from amongst members of the department and there is no limit to the length of time that one can stay as an executive or staff of Impactometrics.
Research
The research department is responsible for coordinating and conducting research activities for the organization and for clients of the organization. This includes the development of the methodologies for research, identifying the right expertise for conducting these researches on short term and long term engagements. Their work extends into the conduct of Impact evaluations, Market researches, Baseline, Midterm and Endline Needs Assessments, Media mapping and Listenership, viewership and followership surveys, organizational Capacity Assessment and more. The team is led by the director of Research.
Administration
At Impactometrics, the admin team is saddled with the responsibility of procurement (human capital and materials), administration of day to day activities, planning and implementing logistics plans for running of the organization and for projects undertaken by the organization. Their work extends into human resource management, correspondences and welfare and logistics, facility management, security and safety. The department is led by the director of administrations.
Technology
The Technology department oversees the design, deployment and management of ICT driven systems of the organization and drives the communications plans of the organization. The work of the department extends into providing ICT support and training for staff, clients and partners, identification, design and deployment of electronic research, data management and communication systems. They also ensure the suitable working of IT infrastructures (hardware and software) of the organization. They are led by the Director of Technology.
GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE
We have a network of experienced researchers and trained data collectors across Nigeria and in countries beyond including Zimbabwe, Malawi, Kenya, United Kingdom, United States of America and Ireland. We also have engaged a pool of short-term experts in all regions of the world allowing us a system for setting up and conducting research world over at ease. Till date, we have worked for institutions in Nigeria, Liberia, Kenya, Ghana, UK and Ireland. And we continue to seek opportunities to expand beyond these.
